Poonam Majumder is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Fisheries Resource Management, with a research focus on sustainable inland fisheries and aquatic biodiversity. With a strong academic background in fisheries science, Poonam is passionate about addressing the ecological, economic, and social dimensions of fisheries sustainability. Poonam has been actively involved in field-based research, data analysis, and policy-oriented studies aimed at enhancing the management and conservation of fishery resources in India.
