Farah is pursuing a Master of Environmental Studies in Geography at the University of Waterloo, focusing on climate adaptation and managed retreat. Her research centers on low-lying areas in Indonesia, where she collaborates with local stakeholders to co-develop equitable, community-driven adaptation strategies. Farah holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Geography and Environmental Management, graduating with an alumni gold medal and a strong record of community-based research. She is passionate about applying interdisciplinary approaches to support vulnerable populations facing climate risks and is committed to advancing inclusive environmental solutions through fieldwork and engagement.
